Having 190+ lenders on the panel means I'm not finding you a loan, I'm finding you the right one. Two lenders can look at the same file and price it very differently, and that gap is real money over the life of the loan. Shopping it properly is most of the work.

I'll be straightforward with you. If a deal doesn't make sense, I'll say so. If there's a better option you haven't considered, I'll show you. Most borrowers walk into a mortgage not knowing what they don't know, and that is exactly where the expensive decisions get made — so I would rather spend the time up front making sure you understand what you are signing and why.

Whether you're buying your first home, refinancing, consolidating debt, or pulling equity out of a place you already own, the structure matters as much as the rate. Those are different problems and they don't all have the same answer.
